The ideal constant for Caucasians is set at 25. If you belong to the fair sex, then you have to see that your hip to waist ratio doesn’t cross 0.85. For men the safety factor is set below 1.0. If the joints are not to nag somebody, hearts are to pump efficiently and for a trouble free insulin secretion among other wellness aspects, better watch out for these obesity indices. The obesity monster is striking big. To quote statistics, it is estimated that about a quarter of a million people have undergone surgeries for obesity in the year 2006.
